Cancellation Policy

• We require 24 hours notice to reschedule an appointment or service.

• We require a 50% deposit for scheduled appointments.

• All sales are final and deposits are non-refundable

• Same day appointments that are canceled or rescheduled will incur a charge of 100% of the service cost.

• Formula X Auto Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions depending on staff levels, weather conditions, and/or equipment failure.

• In the event that the vehicle, customers, or keys are not present at the time and location of the ordered service, Formula X Auto Detailing may cancel the appointment and charge the full value of the order.
